About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create scalable training content: courses, modules, job aids, video, and quick-start guides
- Administer Absorb LMS: learning paths, user management, reporting, and content curation
- Edit and produce audio and video assets using Camtasia or equivalent tools
- Co-create product training with Business Units for all audience levels and regions
- Develop and maintain graphically aligned, brand-consistent content independently
- Own Salesforce skills onboarding for internal and external sellers — from fundamentals to opportunity management
- Build and deliver Salesforce proficiency certifications (Level 1 and Level 2)
- Design scalable onboarding programs that close skill gaps consistently across new hires and partner channels
- Create, update, and manage Commercial Team SharePoint content libraries and resource hubs
- Maintain SFDC knowledge base and business process documentation for sales workflows
- Identify and fill content gaps proactively, own knowledge currency across enablement repositories
- Develop, distribute, and support growth tier go-to-market skills training through the LMS for distributors and reps
- Build Product Training and FAE Certifications
- Assess training needs, gaps, and effectiveness metrics on an ongoing basis
- Support Vinton AI configuration and user adoption across Salesforce instances
- Manage Claude/SharePoint integration, Co-Pilot use cases, and AI role-play tool administration
- Facilitate AI training sessions and certification tracks, Account Insight Process workshop support, and onboarding programs
- Promote interaction, engagement, and support for the field via use of tools like Teams Channels, regular office hours / ask me anything sessions, enablement effectiveness surveys
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of hands-on content development experience
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver polished instructional content independently
- LMS platform experience — administration and content (Absorb strongly preferred)
- Salesforce experience; comfortable building skills training and onboarding programs around CRM workflows
- SharePoint content creation and management experience
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional context (Claude, Copilot, or equivalent)
- Video and audio editing proficiency; experience with Camtasia or similar tools
- Demonstrated experience working with internal subject matter experts to source and validate content
- Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal direction.
