About the role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test solutions for ultra high-speed data transfer
  • Support NPI development from small volume sample to mass production release
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Operations teams
  • Analyze electrical specifications to create detailed ATE test plans
  • Collect and analyze device performance data
  • Identify and drive test time and cost reductions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in semiconductor test engineering
  • 3+ years of management experience leading test teams
  • Advanced knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies,
  • equipment platforms, and quality frameworks
  • Proficiency in C/C++/Java programming
  • Ability to interpret hardware schematics and datasheet parameters
  • Strong understanding of test methodology and debugging approaches
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
