BSEE/MSEE with 5 years' hardware RD experience (optical module) or AE experience in related semiconductor industry.
Knowledge with analog/Mixed Signal Semiconductors.
Understanding and experience of high speed schematics and PCB design.
Knowledge of basic flows of firmware/GUI running is required.
Knowledge of the fundamental of optical chips/assembly is required.
Excellent problem solving, presentation, communication skills.
Willing to travel.
Good command of oral & written English.
Discipline, integrity, passion and self-motivated DSP related application experience is preferred.
