About the role
- Lead engaging VILT and ILT sessions that guide new hires through onboarding, ensuring clarity and connection.
- Partner with the Senior Onboarding Specialist to maintain and improve tailored onboarding tracks for Sales, SEs, BDRs, Channel, and Leadership roles.
- Manage onboarding logistics including scheduling, communications, calendars, and session materials.
- Keep onboarding content, FAQs, and job aids up to date and easy to use.
- Gather feedback from new hires and managers to improve onboarding programs.
- Track attendance, participation, and key onboarding metrics such as time-to-productivity and new hire satisfaction.
Requirements
- Comfortable presenting and leading training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple sessions, tracks, and deadlines.
- Strong communicator who can make complex information simple, clear, and engaging.
- Collaborative team player who thrives on partnering with others to deliver great experiences.
- Curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve onboarding programs.
- Previous exposure to onboarding, enablement, or L&D (formal or informal) a plus.
- Experience with tools like Slack, Salesforce, and/or learning platforms a bonus.
