About the role

  • Responsibility for sales of Semperit hydraulic hoses in Western Europe
  • Active acquisition of orders and customer management to increase revenue through intensive personal customer contact both virtually and on-site
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships and implementing measures to increase supplier share
  • Market research and identification of potential new customers through ongoing research
  • Updating the sales and opportunity funnel in the CRM tool (Salesforce)
  • Conducting plant tours with customers
  • Independent travel planning including documentation of customer visits
  • Acting as an interface between customers and internal teams such as Customer Service, Product Management, Logistics and Quality

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical education (HTL, university, FH) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in international B2B sales
  • Strategic working style, analytical thinking & affinity for numbers
  • Self-motivated, structured and well-organized working approach
  • Language skills: German and English fluent - additional languages (e.g. French) advantageous
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 60% of working time) and driving license (class B)
