About the role

  • You will actively shape market entry into the defense industry and develop strategies for new business opportunities
  • You identify market potential, analyze competitive landscapes, and take regulatory frameworks into account
  • You build a strong network with decision-makers, partners, and institutions in the defense sector
  • You support the entire sales cycle – from customer acquisition through proposal preparation to contract award
  • You represent our company at relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • You work closely with internal interfaces such as Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Compliance

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field – ideally with technical understanding (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably in the defense industry or regulated B2B markets
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and confident use of MS Office and analytics tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, and a strategic mindset
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
