About the role
- Independent handling of customer inquiries is central to the daily routine: from preparing quotes to issuing invoices and tracking payments
- In addition, you coordinate delivery dates with production and logistics and maintain master data and statistics
- You also process complaints and follow them up (including 8D reports, credit notes, and replacement deliveries)
- You will work closely with internal departments (field sales, production, etc.) and external partners (customers, freight forwarders, suppliers, etc.)
- Helping to design and improve internal processes as well as participating in projects complete this varied range of responsibilities
Requirements
- You have built a solid business administration foundation through completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau)
- Several years of solid experience in inside sales / sales support bring you closer to this position—experience supporting international major accounts is an advantage
- High motivation and enthusiasm for customer contact characterize you—customer satisfaction is not just a goal but a personal standard
- Very good communication skills in German, a structured and efficient way of working, and a high level of reliability distinguish you
- Confident English skills, both written and spoken, are a must; experience working in an international environment is an advantage
- A confident command of ERP systems and common MS Office applications completes your profile
