About the role

  • You manage various HR processes with a current focus on temporary staff management and blue-collar recruiting
  • You perform HR Business Partner activities and act as a sparring partner for all personnel-related matters
  • You prepare regular reports and analyses to support data-driven decisions and ensure transparency across all processes
  • You are an important point of contact for HSE as well as for production managers and ensure close collaboration
  • You actively participate in projects and drive process optimizations to continuously improve our HR workflows

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (HAK, HAS or equivalent)
  • Additional training/specializations in HR, labor law, or Diversity & Inclusion desirable
  • At least three years of professional experience in HR (ideally with a focus on recruiting and temporary staffing)
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident user of MS Office, with strong Excel skills (analysis and reporting)
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people
