About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate scheduled instructor-led and virtual learning sessions
- Adapt delivery style to different audiences and learning needs
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and participant communications
- Support course uploads, tracking, and reporting in the learning management system
- Make updates to existing training materials and resources as needed
- Partner with the Global Talent Development team to support ongoing learning initiatives already in progress
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Learning & Development roles.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience delivering training and supporting learning programs
- Familiarity with learning management systems; Workday experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional partners
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field
