About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and development of comprehensive learning programs across multiple modalities: e-learning (SCORM/xAPI), instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), microlearning, video-based learning, interactive simulations, and performance support tools.
  • Apply advanced instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, backward design) and learning science principles (cognitive load theory, spaced repetition, retrieval practice) to create highly effective, scalable learning experiences.
  • Design and develop full-scale onboarding curricula including role-based learning paths, 30-60-90 day programs, competency assessments, and certification tracks within MindTickle.
  • Build product enablement content that translates technical cybersecurity concepts (Active Directory security, identity threat detection, forest recovery) into clear, compelling, and sales-relevant learning for non-technical audiences.
  • Create scenario-based and situational learning content—including branching simulations, deal-based case studies, and role-play scripts—that mirrors real-world selling situations.
  • Develop sales play content, battle cards, competitive positioning modules, and objection-handling guides in close collaboration with product marketing and competitive intelligence teams.
  • Partner with the Head of Global Sales Enablement and business stakeholders to conduct thorough training needs analyses (TNA), identifying root cause performance gaps and recommending the most appropriate learning interventions.
  • Evaluate existing content libraries to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for modernization; develop a systematic content refresh and governance cadence.
  • Translate complex GTM priorities, product launches, and sales methodology rollouts into structured, phased learning journeys with clear objectives, sequencing, and success metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of the global enablement content strategy, ensuring consistency of quality, voice, and instructional rigor across all programs and regions.
  • Produce high-quality learning assets using industry-standard authoring tools including Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar platforms.
  • Script, storyboard, and direct video-based learning content including explainer videos, scenario walkthroughs, and executive message recordings.
  • Build and manage content within the MindTickle LMS platform, including course configuration, assignment logic, assessment design, and reporting setup.
  • Champion the use of emerging technologies and learning innovation—including AI-assisted content creation, video coaching tools (e.g., MindTickle Missions), and adaptive learning approaches—to keep Semperis's enablement content at the cutting edge.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all learning content, ensuring a polished, professional, and on-brand learner experience.
  • Lead structured SME engagement processes including discovery interviews, content review cycles, and sign-off workflows to efficiently extract expertise and maintain content accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, solutions engineering, competitive intelligence, and regional sales leaders to ensure content is technically accurate, commercially relevant, and current.
  • Partner with the EMEA Learning Consultant to ensure global content is localized appropriately and regionally relevant for EMEA audiences and buyer personas.
  • Support channel partner enablement by developing training and certification content for strategic partners such as CDW and Guidepoint.
  • Define learning objectives using Bloom's Taxonomy and design assessments (knowledge checks, scenario assessments, competency evaluations) that validly measure learning outcomes.
  • Apply the Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate program effectiveness across all four levels—reaction, learning, behavior, and results—using MindTickle data, Salesforce performance metrics, and manager feedback.
  • Establish and maintain content quality standards, style guides, and instructional design templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
  • Track content consumption, completion rates, assessment performance, and engagement metrics; translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for program improvement.
  • Present enablement content updates, program performance recaps, and design recommendations to the Head of Global Sales Enablement and senior GTM stakeholders.

  • Expert-level proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) or equivalent e-learning authoring tools; strong portfolio of published learning content required.
  • Deep knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model, 70-20-10 framework).
  • Proven ability to translate complex, technical subject matter into engaging, learner-friendly content for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building and managing content within a modern LMS platform; MindTickle experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent design projects, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to write clear learning objectives, compelling scripts, and effective performance support copy.
