About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies and plans to support the company's business objectives in the Large Enterprise, Enterprise and Public Sector segments in the LATAM area.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and create marketing programs that generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline.
- Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, workshops, account-based initiatives, and regional conferences, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate closely with priority channel and alliance partners to execute joint go-to-market opportunities targeting mutual potential customers.
- Identify and engage with key industry influencers and associations to build strong relationships and increase awareness for the Semperis solutions.
- Assist in creating localized marketing content, including sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and website content, to support demand generation and thought leadership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and make data-driven improvement recommendations.
- Manage the LATAM marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities, and incorporate these insights into marketing strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and alignment with the company's overall marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in enterprise B2B field marketing ideally within the cybersecurity industry or a related technology sector.
- Solid knowledge of the LATAM cybersecurity market, including key players, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including events and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is required.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team player, able to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.
- Experience using Salesforce, Wrike, Marketo, Microsoft Office apps tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
