About the role
- You will be responsible for personnel management for the gastronomy team at our Metronom Theatre in Oberhausen
- You will handle operational HR matters, recruitment and staff scheduling
- Workforce planning in coordination with theatre management
- Recruiting, including placing job advertisements and managing all applicant communication
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Contract management (new contracts, contract amendments, etc.) and preparation of references
- Recording and maintaining employee data in our systems
- Preparatory payroll tasks and acting as the interface to the tax/accounting office
- Conducting quality trainings for our gastronomy staff
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in HR, gastronomy, hotel management or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in HR administration, staff deployment/scheduling, workforce planning or payroll
- Experience in recruiting and conducting employee interviews is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
