About the role
- As Technical Director, you take responsibility for the successful on-site execution of our events in the regions of North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate.
- Planning events including scheduling and coordinating local service providers (technical crews, staff) and liaising with the respective venues (indoor and open-air).
- Independently managing events while taking economic and safety considerations into account.
- Developing and producing technical plans in collaboration with Project Management and the Ticketing department.
- Supporting Project Management with cost estimation and invoicing for events.
- Maintaining the events database.
Requirements
- Qualification as a Master (Meister) in Event Technology or equivalent.
- Several years of relevant experience in organising concert events.
- Experience with CAD design applications (Vectorworks or AutoCAD).
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Confident user of common MS Office applications.
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends and to travel on business.
