About the role
- Support and advise clients to understand needs and expectations
- Plan and implement events, determine rooms, technical requirements, and catering options
- Coordinate between participants, trainers, and departments to provide information
- Conduct quality control to ensure standards are met
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, e.g., as a hotel specialist, event manager, or event sales professional
- Passion for planning and organizing events, seminars, or workshops
- Knowledge of IT and hotel software, particularly Microsoft Office; SiHot is a plus
- Creative eye and sense for trends
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Enjoy interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Initiative and self-direction
