- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Using tools like Pipedrive, you maintain oversight, analyze your performance, and optimize your processes.
Requirements
- Qualification: With at least 2 years of experience in sales and the hotel industry, you know how to source leads, build relationships, and turn them into genuine partnerships.
- Outgoing Nature & Drive: Outbound sales is more of an opportunity than a challenge for you — you proactively approach people and enjoy initiating conversations.
- Strong Communication: You understand what customers truly need and can convince them with smart solutions, even when they are initially skeptical.
- Persistence & Enthusiasm: You take a “no” as an invitation to stay creative and approach every conversation with energy and a positive attitude.
