About the role
- You are the steady support and, in your central role for guest services, team leadership, problem solving, and coordination of operations, provide essential backing
- You promote both the personal growth of each team member and the overall performance of the team
- As a shift leader you welcome our guests and confidently manage check-in and check-out
- You coordinate reservations reliably and thoughtfully and serve as the central point of contact for recommendations, tips, and local guidance
- At the front desk we face guest-specific challenges daily, and you recognize these early on
- You always maintain the financial overview and ensure that all bookings and transactions are recorded correctly
- You support the team with supply management and the handling of orders
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in hotel management
- With several years of professional experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Shift Leader, or Assistant Front Office Manager, you bring initial experience in leading teams
- Working with hotel software (Sihot is an advantage) and reservation systems is familiar to you
- Good spoken German and English skills are important to us
