About the role

  • You are our hunter — your territory is first contact
  • You recognize potential where others only see address lists.
  • With genuine hunter spirit, you identify leads, build new contacts, and lay the foundation for strong B2B customer relationships.
  • Outbound sales & cold calling: You are our door opener — from the first call to generating enthusiasm for our offering.
  • Lead generation: You identify and qualify new leads and develop smart strategies for targeted customer acquisition.
  • Revenue responsibility: You keep our targets in sight and significantly influence our sales success and growth through your activities.
  • Brand ambassador: You represent Seminaris empathetically, convincingly, and solution-oriented externally.
  • Needs analysis: You listen actively, understand your interlocutors’ challenges, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales reporting & forecasting: Using tools like Pipedrive, you analyze your acquisition performance and continuously improve your processes.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills & drive: You feel at home in outbound sales, approach people openly, and are comfortable picking up the phone or initiating first conversations.
  • Strong communication: You are a good listener, convey your message concisely, and easily find the right tone even with demanding interlocutors.
  • Hunter mentality: You are bold, curious, enjoy overcoming initial barriers, and don’t get rattled by a “no.”
  • Sales experience: You bring initial experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, B2B sales, or a comparable role in another industry.
  • Initial experience in hospitality is not required but is a plus.
  • Growth mindset: You have a genuine internal motivation to develop personally and professionally and want to inspire and take your colleagues along.
  • Self-responsibility: Self-motivation and willingness to learn are natural to you; you don’t wait for tasks but actively help shape them.
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently in German (C1) and can also communicate well in English.
  • Future orientation: Interest in topics such as transformation, new ways of working, and sustainable business development is a real bonus.
