Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full monthly close for the corporate overhead and HoldCo entity.
Prepare and post all journal entries related to corporate overhead.
Ensure all overhead entries are properly allocated or charged to the appropriate operating entities.
Own intercompany accounting across three streams: trade, debt, and shared expenses.
Own accounting for payroll costs within the corporate overhead entity.
Own the accounting for all corporate debt instruments.
Support the consolidation process in OneStream.

Requirements

What you’ll need

CPA required, or actively pursuing.
5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or corporate environment.
Strong technical accounting knowledge — intercompany, consolidation, debt accounting, and expense management.
Experience with ERP systems.
Experience supporting or operating in a public company environment is beneficial.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple close deadlines simultaneously.
