Engage with team to deliver global digital and e-commerce solutions that drive customer value
Provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for implementation and maintenance of all related systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading e-commerce initiatives
Proven track record in driving e-commerce growth, customer acquisition and retention
Strategic, forward thinking, anticipation of key market trends
Leadership in digital space and strong knowledge of digital media platforms
Strong leader with flexibility and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Team player, highly collaborative
Customer service focused and solution oriented
Strong and proactive communication skills
Highly analytical and creative
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area
MBA or advanced degree in related area
PMP certification
Lean Process Improvement training and/or certification
Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Salesforce.com, Hubspot
