- Support initiatives related to footprint optimization and acquisition integration
- Analyze operational data and coordinate project activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and help align project activities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and contingency plans

- Create communication plans and training materials for new processes
- Identify potential issues or risks and communicate them to senior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, supply chain, or a related business role
- Exposure to project management concepts or tools (formal certification not required)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common project tracking tools
