About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and scale growth experiments across the funnel—acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
Build and optimize user experiences that drive self-serve adoption and expand usage within teams
Leverage data and analytics to measure user behavior, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to lead PLG and SLG motions
Automate and enhance workflows for customer acquisition, lead qualification, and sales enablement
Own and improve growth infrastructure, including experimentation platforms, tracking systems, and data pipelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience writing production software and building web applications
Proficiency in Python, Typescript, and Postgres
Exposure and experience using AI coding agents/tools
Excellent and proactive communication, both verbal and written.
Enthusiasm and experience with experimentation-driven approach to problem-solving
