About the role

  • Planning, conducting and evaluating regular quality inspections
  • Identifying sources of defects in production processes and workflows
  • Handling complaints and reviewing customer complaints on site
  • Monitoring critical production processes
  • Performing root cause analyses and deriving corrective actions, including documentation
  • Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective measures
  • Training employees on quality requirements and processes, and promoting continuous improvement of product quality
  • Preparing and supporting internal and external audits
  • Drafting procedures and work instructions, technical information and processing guidelines

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled-trade field
  • Further training or certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Management) is an advantage
  • Professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Experience with quality assurance methods, root cause analysis and process optimization is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and a solution-oriented, structured approach to work
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork and assertiveness
  • Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
