About the role
- Planning, conducting and evaluating regular quality inspections
- Identifying sources of defects in production processes and workflows
- Handling complaints and reviewing customer complaints on site
- Monitoring critical production processes
- Performing root cause analyses and deriving corrective actions, including documentation
- Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective measures
- Training employees on quality requirements and processes, and promoting continuous improvement of product quality
- Preparing and supporting internal and external audits
- Drafting procedures and work instructions, technical information and processing guidelines
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled-trade field
- Further training or certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Management) is an advantage
- Professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in an industrial environment
- Experience with quality assurance methods, root cause analysis and process optimization is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and a solution-oriented, structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and assertiveness
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
