About the role
- Responsible for financial controlling, accounts payable and accounts receivable management, as well as payroll processing and payroll administration
- Management of the monthly reporting process
- Preparation and further development of cost calculation bases
- Analysis of business/financial KPIs and derivation of recommended actions
- Further development of commercial and organizational processes at the branch
- Identification of potential cost-saving measures
- Professional leadership and coordination of commercial staff
- Implementation of the company budget and ensuring compliance with corporate requirements
- Budget and investment planning
- Introduction and implementation of company standards at the branch
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in business administration/commerce or an equivalent qualification
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a commercial (junior) leadership position
- Strong numerical skills and a sound understanding of business and financial contexts
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical abilities and methodological competence
- Confident user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivation, ability to work independently and above-average commitment
- Strong team orientation and a clear focus on objectives and results
