About the role

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers within the sales territory
  • Acquire, advise, and support new customers (architects, construction companies, glass processors)
  • Identify market potential and develop tailored solutions for our clients
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis
  • Deliver product trainings and conduct technical consultation meetings
  • Prepare cost calculations and draft proposals and contracts
  • Process orders with a goal- and results-oriented approach
  • Coordinate customer requirements with cross-functional departments
  • Participate in trade shows and events
  • Provide regular reports to sales management and maintain the CRM system
  • Promote and develop the sales function through your own initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally in construction, glazing, or related sectors
  • Several years of field sales experience, preferably selling technical products or building materials
  • Strong technical understanding (knowledge of insulating glass products is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Fluent German (knowledge of Dutch or French is advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel within the specified regions (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium)
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
