About the role

  • Deliver interactive sales presentations on products & services to decision-makers at their homes
  • Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet sales goals
  • Set individual sales targets and track sales goals and report results
  • Promote company products and services and develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
  • Conduct daily outside visits/consultations (typically 2-3 project consultations per day)
  • Work a full schedule with evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility
  • Participate in company training program and sales performance initiatives
  • Operate as a W-2 outside sales representative focused on closing in-home remodeling projects

Requirements

  • Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
  • Personal vehicle with valid driver's license
  • In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
  • Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Work successfully without requiring close supervision
  • Open to a fully performance-based (100% commission) sales career after training
  • Willingness to travel daily to 2-3 project consultations (outside sales)
  • Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (must answer authorization question)
  • Available for training beginning October 27, 2025 (six-week training period)
