Requirements

  • No experience required (prior experience is a plus; company will train)
  • Self-motivated individuals seeking to earn based on performance
  • Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
  • Availability to work afternoons and weekends
  • Currently hiring for 10am–6pm shifts Wednesday–Sunday
  • Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable standing for long periods in high-traffic retail environments
  • Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day (application asks)
  • Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection (application asks)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States / sponsorship question asked
  • Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
