About the role
- Spend time with customers in their homes to determine home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service
- Sell and promote MaxHome products and services through in-home presentations
- Learn product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
- Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
- Apply consistent effort and meet planned sales goals/quotas
- Provide best-in-class customer experience
- Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Travel locally to leads; drive sometimes up to 100 miles/day
Requirements
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
- In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
- Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Works successfully without requiring close supervision
- Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license; comfortable with daily driving (sometimes up to 100 miles/day)
- Comfortable with a 100% commission role
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
