About the role

  • Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and provide tailored solutions.
  • Represent high-quality products backed by industry leaders.
  • Manage the sales process from consultation through closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Cover assigned territory (Freeport, Maine and surrounding area) and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
  • Work with 2–3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments daily and participate in comprehensive training and ride-alongs.

Requirements

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • In-home sales experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
