About the role
- Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs.
- Deliver engaging presentations and provide tailored solutions.
- Represent high-quality products backed by industry leaders.
- Manage the sales process from consultation through closing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Cover assigned territory (Freeport, Maine and surrounding area) and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
- Work with 2–3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments daily and participate in comprehensive training and ride-alongs.
Requirements
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- In-home sales experience is a plus (but not required).
- Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Must be 18 years or older (application asks).
