About the role
- Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry and maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Use this experience as a stepping-stone into management or furthering a sales career
- Work assigned shifts (10am–6pm Wed–Sun) and attend retail events such as Costco or Home Depot activations
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated individuals
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends
- Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (required)
- Willingness to disclose if sponsorship will be required now or in the future
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
