Maintain and update the company database and calendars
Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members
General office tasks including filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, welcoming incoming customers and visitors, office supply inventory, and cleaning the front area
Support consistent schedules and professional growth initiatives
Participate in a comprehensive 2-week training at HQ
Requirements
Previous administrative or clerical experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal communications skills
Ability and desire to learn new things
