- Learn our product lines and design software to create functional, beautiful storage solutions.\n
- Apply creativity and spatial awareness to design custom closet systems that fit each client’s lifestyle.\n
- Conduct in-home consultations (within a 65-mile radius) to understand client needs and present design options.\n
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.\n
- Promote our products and services while delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation to close.\n
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals through dedication and consistent effort.\n
- Schedule & Location: Corporate Training Location: 1775 Brightseat Road, Suite B, Landover, MD 20785; Field-based role with travel to client homes within a 65-mile radius.\n

Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for helping people\n
- Sales experience preferred—bonus if you have a background in design or home improvement\n
- Experience in retail sales, in-home sales, interior design, home organization, real estate, remodeling, or customer service with a creative focus is a plus\n
- Basic computer skills to manage your workflow\n
- Reliable transportation for client visits (no mileage reimbursement)
