Key responsibilities & impact

Run discovery with customers to understand their current processes and identify opportunities for automation
Design, build, and test solutions and integrations using various tools
Act as the technical lead for customers through implementation and go-live
Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation guides

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Engineer, Technical Specialist, or similar role
Solid technical foundations: building integrations with APIs, data models, workflow logic, authentication, and cloud fundamentals
Hands-on experience with automation integration tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier)
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and non-technical stakeholders
Comfort with leading technical discovery with customers and shaping requirements
