About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product areas, contributing to vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes definition.
  • Work closely with the manager to align on product strategy, priorities, and roadmap direction.
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term product evolution.
  • Engage directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams to uncover real problems.
  • Translate insights into clear opportunities and product direction.
  • Challenge assumptions and push for simple, high-impact solutions.
  • Work within a Scrum environment as the product owner for your team.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on impact and business value.
  • Partner closely with Engineering Leads and Scrum Masters to ensure smooth sprint execution.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Write clear, concise product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Support alignment across Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Track delivery progress and proactively remove blockers.
  • Install, use, and deeply understand the product and user workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset - you focus on outcomes, not just features.
  • Ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into product decisions.
  • Hands-on mindset - you actively use and explore your product.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or developer tooling (Strong Plus).
  • Experience with test management tools like Testmo, TestRail, or Xray (Strong Plus).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows (Strong Plus).
  • Experience in release or project management (Strong Plus).
  • Exposure to SaaS and cloud-based testing platforms (Strong Plus).
