About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and support Salesforce, including user setup, security, profiles, roles, permissions, page layouts, fields, objects, flows, validation rules and related configuration.
  • Maintain and improve Salesforce to support business processes across sales, marketing and customer operations.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards and analysis that improve visibility, decision-making and operational accountability.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document needs, identify gaps and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Support data quality, data hygiene and governance practices across Salesforce and related go-to-market systems.
  • Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day system issues, user requests and production support needs in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Support system enhancements, release activities, testing, documentation, training and user adoption.
  • Assist with integrations, workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities centered around Salesforce and connected business systems.
  • Provide support for adjacent SaaS tools, primarily HubSpot, with opportunity to expand ownership over time.
  • Work within an Agile delivery model by managing assigned work, supporting backlog refinement and contributing to consistent execution within established processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, Salesforce support or a closely related systems role.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud; exposure to Service Cloud preferred.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, user support, process improvement and system configuration in Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting adjacent go-to-market platforms such as HubSpot or similar SaaS tools.
  • Experience in a similar company environment or in an entry-level role within a comparable vertical.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and structured change processes.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership, reliability, sound judgment and the ability to adapt to new challenges while operating within defined processes.
