About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on financial planning for the Commercial area, participating in the construction of the sales budget (budgeting);
Monitor results (actual vs. planned), analyzing and explaining key variances in a structured manner;
Develop, consolidate and analyze commercial and financial management reports;
Design and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring quality, reliability and continuous improvement of analyses;
Ensure the flow of information between departments, supporting tactical and strategic decision-making;
Identify financial opportunities and risks, focusing on expense optimization and improving results;
Propose improvements to processes, controls and analyses, increasing efficiency and automation in the area;
Work closely with business units to understand the commercial context and support more accurate analyses;
Interact with various functions (Commercial, Finance, and others), ensuring alignment and consistency of information;
Stay up to date with new tools and methodologies for data processing and usage, including applications of Artificial Intelligence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
Experience with financial and commercial planning, including projection models, revenue analysis and performance monitoring;
Experience building Budgets and Forecasts;
Experience in monitoring results, budgeting and variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted);
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and consolidation;
Analytical profile with the ability to interpret data and generate business insights;
Strong organization, proactivity and communication skills for interacting with multiple areas;
Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard development;
Experience or interest in using data and automation for analyses (including AI).
