About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze portfolio performance, collection strategies and workflows, and credit recovery indicators;
  • Develop studies and analyses to identify opportunities to improve operational results;
  • Support the definition of segmentations and strategies through data and customer behavior analysis;
  • Monitor performance indicators, tracking trends, deviations and optimization opportunities;
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards and executive presentations to support decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Required qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • - Experience in MIS, BI, Analytics or Data Intelligence applied to Collections, Credit Recovery, Credit, or related areas.
  • - Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, processing and analysis.
  • - Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar).
  • - Experience building, monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (e.g., recovery, roll rate, cure rate, productivity and operational efficiency).
  • - Experience working in environments with large volumes of data and operational metrics.
  • Nice to have (not mandatory, but a plus):
  • - Knowledge of Python for data analysis, manipulation or automation.
  • - Experience with Databricks for processing, engineering and managing large volumes of data.
