About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as backup for the customer service team during analysts' vacations, absences, and other unavailability.
Provide service to fleet clients, ensuring responses within established deadlines.
Support service for strategic clients when the responsible analyst is unavailable.
Perform initial analysis of customer requests and direct cases to the appropriate teams or channels.
Assist management with client portfolio analysis and monitoring of KPIs/indicators.
Develop knowledge of the area’s products and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or operational support.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Not required but desirable:
- Previous experience with administrative routines, commercial activities, customer service, back office, operations, or business support.
- Familiarity with tools such as Teams, Outlook, Miro, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of KPIs, reporting, or productivity controls.
- Experience working in large companies, commercial areas, customer service operations, or digital channels.
