About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Credit initiatives related to new products, new features and the evolution of the Sem Parar portfolio, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, risk and financial feasibility.
- Act as the Credit focal point with Product, Commercial, Technology, Data, Operations, Legal and other partner areas, coordinating the deliverables required for evaluation and implementation of initiatives.
- Conduct strategic credit feasibility studies, consolidating market analyses, internal data, risk indicators, portfolio behavior, policies and financial impacts to support decision-making.
- Define and recommend credit strategies for new products and changes to existing products, including lending policies, eligibility criteria, limits, collateral and risk mitigation mechanisms.
- Prioritize the Credit initiative backlog together with business and technology areas, tracking delivery progress and ensuring strategic objectives are met.
- Produce executive materials, technical reports and presentations for committees and decision-making forums, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Monitor the implementation of approved initiatives, tracking results, performance indicators and observed risks, proposing adjustments and continuous improvements to credit strategies.
- Develop and provide technical guidance to the team under your responsibility, promoting the growth of analytical competencies and the dissemination of credit best practices.
- Coordinate strategic Credit initiatives for the B2B portfolio.
- Serve as the primary interface between Credit and partner areas, conducting studies and recommendations for decision-making.
- Prioritize and oversee the implementation of credit initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership for projects and teams, where applicable.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience in B2B credit, credit strategy, financial products or payment methods.
- Experience implementing new products, defining credit policies or managing strategic initiatives.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments, integrating Business, Product, Technology and Data areas.
- Experience preparing materials for executive committees and decision forums.
- Experience in credit strategies and policies for B2B clients.
- Credit risk analysis and definition of lending criteria.
- Data analysis and development of feasibility studies.
- Experience with SQL tools and advanced Excel.
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
