About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell fleet fueling solutions in a consultative manner to understand the client's situation and propose options aligned with their operational and financial objectives;
  • Map client needs, consumption patterns and challenges, structuring strategies that contribute to cost reduction and greater efficiency in fuel management;
  • Monitor performance indicators and consumption reports, analyzing data to identify optimization opportunities and support decision-making;
  • Advise clients on features, usage policies and best practices, ensuring correct use of the solutions and maximizing results;
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, strengthening partnerships and expanding business opportunities;
  • Track results, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend continuous improvements for control, productivity and operational governance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in B2B sales, handling medium- to high-complexity negotiations;
  • Experience in the mobility segment or related solutions;
  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability to travel;
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing;
  • Consultative approach in relationships with corporate clients;
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and results orientation skills;
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in areas related to Business, Sales or Management;
  • Experience with CRM tools and analysis of commercial performance indicators.
