About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop collection strategies for different customer profiles and stages of delinquency;
Analyze portfolio and collections workflow performance with a focus on recovery, losses, and profitability;
Define segmentations and collections policies based on payment behavior and credit risk;
Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize strategies and channels;
Monitor performance indicators (roll rate, cure rate, recovery) and generate actionable insights;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in collections strategy or credit recovery
Analytical experience focused on decision-making (defining policies, segmentations, or strategies)
Familiarity with credit/collections metrics (e.g., roll rate, cure rate, recovery)
Experience with A/B testing or analyses for outcome optimization
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related)
Not required, but a plus:
Experience with credit card portfolios
Knowledge of the credit lifecycle and customer behavior
Experience with collections channels and multichannel strategy
Knowledge of Central Bank regulations
Experience in financial companies, fintechs, or banks
