About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze card collections strategies to identify risks and opportunities within the delinquent portfolio.
Design, review, and configure collections policies and criteria in systems.
Analyze portfolio performance and collections metrics.
Propose continuous improvements based on data and market benchmarks.
Work collaboratively with teams such as Credit, Fraud, CX, and CRM.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Solid experience in collections.
- Direct experience with card collections (criteria, rules, and strategies).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for analysis.
- Process and collections strategy mindset.
Nice to have (not required, but a plus):
- Experience in the card industry (issuers or card administrators).
- Experience analyzing collections performance and KPIs.
- Ability to balance financial recovery with the customer journey.
