About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze card collections strategies to identify risks and opportunities within the delinquent portfolio.

  • - Direct experience with card collections (criteria, rules, and strategies).
  • - Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • - Proficiency in Excel for analysis.
  • - Process and collections strategy mindset.
  • Nice to have (not required, but a plus):
  • - Experience in the card industry (issuers or card administrators).
  • - Experience analyzing collections performance and KPIs.
  • - Ability to balance financial recovery with the customer journey.
