About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Calculate and monitor metrics such as LTV, revenue, churn, conversion, impacts on the base (contact rate, chargebacks), engagement, product usage and delinquency.
- Ensure periodic reports (dashboards, BI panels) for product, sales and finance stakeholders.
- Build customer-base expansion scenarios validated through P&L demonstrations.
- Design, run and analyze A/B tests to validate acquisition, pricing and retention hypotheses.
- Productize financial models (P&L) to enable continuous tracking of revenue, retention and pricing initiatives and to be used across the company.
- Propose action plans for customer segments (cross-sell, upsell, reactivation) and define execution timelines.
- Develop and refine monetization and pricing strategies based on elasticity and ROI data.
- Orchestrate automated communication journeys for delinquency cases, offering renegotiation options and preventing premature churn.
- On a monthly basis, compare actual sales and monetization results against targets (budget) and projections (forecast).
- Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions to product, marketing and finance teams.
- Create TAG-based segmentations (by profile, usage history or LTV potential) and suggest nurture/engagement models for each group.
- Integrate behavioral insights (acquisition costs, time to conversion) to improve the customer journey.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields;
- Proven experience in Growth, Revenue Ops, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence;
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and Power Query;
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or Metabase;
- Proficient in SQL for extracting and manipulating data from relational databases;
- Strong understanding of financial metrics (EBITDA, P&L, ROI, CAC, churn rate, LTV);
- Proven experience in business modeling and creating P&Ls;
- Track record of deliveries that directly impacted revenue or reduced churn.
