About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on structuring and monitoring projects and processes within a new B2B Transformation area, ensuring organization, cadence, and visibility of deliverables
- Support the development of indicators and analyses to inform decision-making
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
- Provide support for strategic initiatives, interacting closely with leadership and helping to organize the project pipeline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with PMO routines or project work
- Experience preparing executive presentations and building management reports
- Analytical mindset (data and scenario interpretation)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Power BI (basic) — not required, but a plus
- Experience in consulting or the financial market — not required, but a plus
- Participation in innovation or new business projects — not required, but a plus
- Exposure to AI initiatives — not required, but a plus
