About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support performance, budget, sales targets and forecasting analyses, contributing to decision-making within the commercial area.
Develop projections, scenarios and strategic analyses, monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities.
Work in the Databricks environment, ensuring integrity, standardization and correction of inconsistencies in commercial data sets.
Contribute to the construction and evolution of the Commercial Data Warehouse, developing queries, data modeling and automation of pipelines.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring quality, clarity and standardization of metrics.
Support continuous improvements in data processes and metrics, in partnership with business areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data.
Experience with Databricks or modern cloud data architectures (Lakehouse).
Knowledge of Python and/or PySpark for automation and development of data pipelines.
Experience with commercial planning, target setting and performance indicator monitoring.
Not required but a plus: experience in high-volume data environments with multiple data sources.
Experience with agile methodologies and interaction with different business areas.
Experience generating insights and supporting decision-making, acting as an interface between technical teams and the business.
