About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the performance of B2B and B2C portfolios and define credit recovery strategies.
Monitor the quality of collections partners' customer service and propose improvements.
Analyze operational, financial, and quality metrics, preparing reports and dashboards.
Develop and deliver training for internal teams and partners.
Support operational processes, audits, and documentation management for the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in credit recovery, collections, and metrics management.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, analytics tools, and dashboarding.
- Experience with performance analysis, quality management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing vendors/collections agencies.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to collections operations.
- Experience with process automation and analytics.
- Knowledge of LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law) as it applies to data and AI.
