About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively prospect new B2B business opportunities through multichannel approaches (own prospecting, leads, mailings, calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and in-person or online meetings), with a focus on cold demand generation, opening new markets and continuously building the customer base.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, acting consultatively with potential clients.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers, building a solid pipeline for short-, medium- and long-term sales.
- Manage your portfolio of opportunities and sales pipeline, ensuring volume, quality and predictability of results.
- Record, update and maintain accurate information in the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring operational discipline and data quality.
- Execute action plans and directions defined by Sales Coordination, in alignment with the company’s established strategy.
- Support client onboarding after closing, acting as a facilitator between the client and internal teams until transition to the team responsible for ongoing relationship management.
- Contribute market, competitor and customer behavior insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, with a focus on prospecting, developing and closing new business.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, working with medium and large companies.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, supported by performance metrics.
- Experience with active prospecting (hunter), lead generation and building relationships with business decision-makers.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques, pipeline management and strategic funnel management.
- Familiarity with CRM and digital sales tools, using data to inform decisions and prioritize opportunities.
- Experience in field or hybrid sales (field sales), including commercial visits and in-person client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
