Sales Executive I
Sem Parar. Responsible for the sales process (prospecting, negotiating, closing, relationship building and account management) in the field for the products Sem Parar Empresas, Vale Pedágio and Sem Parar – user, aiming to expand the customer base and meet sales targets.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the sales process (prospecting, negotiating, closing, relationship building and account management) in the field for the products Sem Parar Empresas, Vale Pedágio and Sem Parar – user, aiming to expand the customer base and meet sales targets. Work across the entire state where based and in other states where there is no regional Sales Executive.
- Operate as both Hunter and Farmer: prospect new clients and cultivate existing ones to grow the customer base, revenue and portfolio.
- Ensure that every requested visit is attended to, carrying out visits or follow-up contacts as directed and ensuring customers are not left unattended.
- Maximize conversions to our products among visited clients by being assertive in negotiations and offering the solutions that best fit the client according to company guidelines.
- Increase revenue and manage customer friction when it occurs, resolving issues and providing support for problems raised by customers to avoid losing the account.
- Manage the portfolio of customers under your responsibility: contact clients in your portfolio, remain available and ensure clients receive ongoing support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Essential requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
- Experience in B2B negotiation processes with large accounts;
- Experience working with products that serve the road freight transport market;
- Valid driver’s license (category B) and availability to travel;
- Intermediate-level knowledge (basic to intermediate skills).
