About the role
- Customer service via WhatsApp, operating in a multi-screen environment
- Making outbound and inbound calls to offer, negotiate, and provide support for portfolio products
- Reading, analyzing, completing, and sending spreadsheets for control and tracking of information
- Managing emails, including receiving, handling, and responding to customers
- Providing customer support for inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Monitoring the customer journey, ensuring quality in service and after-sales support
Requirements
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education
- Experience with telephone sales or customer retention
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Reliable internet connection
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
