About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the evolution of digital journeys such as onboarding, login, authentication, payment, and navigation
Manage and advance B2C products with millions of users, ensuring performance and experience
Develop and improve solutions for commercial teams and partner channels
Translate business needs into backlog items and support the prioritization process
Map and improve point-of-sale (POS) onboarding and accreditation processes
Monitor metrics and generate insights for continuous product improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

It is essential that you have:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Economics, Marketing, or related areas
- Experience with digital products
- Strong data and metrics orientation
- Knowledge of process mapping and improvement
- Experience with experimentation and funnel optimization
- Good communication skills and stakeholder relationship management
- Hands-on profile with autonomy
Not required, but it would be great if you have:
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applications in digital products
- Experience in the fuel sector
- Knowledge of SQL
