About the role

  • Participate in financial planning and the preparation of the Sales and Expenses budget for the Commercial area.
  • Monitor, analyze, and prepare presentations on variances in results.
  • Develop, analyze, and improve reports for the Commercial area.
  • Create, maintain, update, and analyze management reports and dashboards, prioritizing automation and efficiency.
  • Ensure the flow of information between departments, supporting tactical and strategic decisions.
  • Propose and implement optimizations to processes, reports, and financial data used by the area.
  • Support the Commercial teams with opportunity analyses and risk identification, especially related to expense lines.
  • Interact with different areas of the company, ensuring alignment and integration of information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Experience in monitoring results, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking.
  • Organized, proactive, and strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Not mandatory, but great to have:
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Experience or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applied to data.
  • Advanced English.
  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, or Business Management.
